The most popular filipino today is no doubt Manny Pacquiao, he is also among the wealthiest (that is, if he knows how to spend his money well). He is idolized, praised, endorsed and given much respect which is also similar to what great network marketers get.

Y'know what? Comparing them is so easy that I conclude the attitude you need to be successful in this business can be learned and applied at any field you want to excel yourself to. I'm not saying Manny has been a network marketer (although he was involved in a pyramid scam that has cost him more than 2 million pesos about 7 years ago), all I'm saying is that the things that make someone successful is global. 

Similarly, MLM legend multimillionaire Tom 'Big Al' Schreiter is a highly respected network marketer. He is recognized as one of the most effective trainers and marketers of all time. He has sponsored multiple co-trainers who have become millionaires and who have referred to him as a legend. 

Both are multimillionaires and both are well recognized in their fields.

People already know the rags-to-riches of Pacquiao, everyone relates to him but not much is known about the life story of 'Big Al'. However, both have a humble background. They started with literally nothing and eventually one thing came up with another until they made their way to the top of their fields.

Pacquiao can be a lot of things outside the ring. He is a family man, a congressman, a product endorser and a philanthropist.  However, whenever he trains for a fight everybody can feel the intensity as he trains 4 hours each day.

Pacquiao once told HBO: "I started with nothing, now i have something". That's why everyone loves him. He could have said 'everything' and no one would have argued but people love him because despite his achievements, he is humble and is always thanking God for the blessings he has received.

Schreiter, despite his popularity and demand, would never let his downlines bring out their wallets whenever he is around. He could be ordering them around and nobody would argue but he wouldn't. If you want to be trained, he'll train you. If you want your downlines trained, he'll train all of them.

Pacquiao wouldn't be at his top today without the help of Freddie Roach's trainings and teachings. He is very open to changes in his game plan and he has great brotherly respect for his mentor.
